Programs

B22 provides programs that meet the needs of all ages, fitness levels, and areas of interest. B22’s programs include CrossFit, boot camps, yoga, sports camps, running clubs, tai chi, and dance fitness. We offer various opportunities to participate in special events and team sports, including volleyball, softball, incrediball, and Hoover ball. On-campus you will find state-of-the-art equipment, an outdoor beach volleyball court, and a sports complex with a softball field. An outdoor weight training facility, indoor walking/running track, cardio center, and obstacle course are in progress.

Future plans include a putting/chipping course and a handicapped walking track for B22 Rock Steady Boxing athletes. B22 Sports Complex, a non-profit corporation, is seeking funding to complete its indoor “railed” walking/jogging track, indoor soccer and sports performance facility, and outdoor multi-sports complex. It is our goal to design the complex to have baseball, softball, t-ball, football, and soccer fields. We will be adding restrooms, outdoor lighting, batting cages (indoor and outdoor), concession and announcers booth, and additional fencing. We are seeking to acquire additional property for a children’s park, offering a playground and splash pad. It is our prayer that God will continue to bless B22 financially and allow us to offer additional programming, services, and equipment.

  • My, I’ve got to do better moment, occurred in the summer of 2013. We were on a vacation out west-doing the Grand Canyon, Mt. Rushmore and Yellowstone.  In Yellowstone there’s this waterfall called Tom’s Thumb. To access the bottom you have to go down several switchbacks and then make your way back to the top to exit.
