BOOT CAMP

Be prepared to have fun and forget that you are actually working out! Our ladies-only Boot camp class is a fun way of achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We understand the struggles of fitting exercise and healthy nutrition into our busy lives. We also understand the intimidation that comes along with working out in a large group environment and the lack of motivation of working out alone. We know that friends and fun are the keys to sticking with a workout program. At B22 Boot camp, we can help each and every one of you reach your fitness goals. We strive to be more than just a fitness class but to get to know each one of our members on a personal level by focusing on accountability, encouragement, prayer, and emotional support. Join us on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 pm in the lil’ gym on the hill and on Saturday mornings in the main gym at 9 am.
