Our workouts are designed to be enjoyable for beginners, more intense for advanced athletes, and challenging for each skill level in between. Classes typically range from forty-five minutes to one hour. No matter your skill level or abilities, B22 CrossFit Dry Prong Strong seeks to challenge and strengthen all athletes. Our trainers teach modifications so every athlete is able to work at their own skill level and pace. Our trainers inspire and motivate you so that you can be stronger than you were yesterday.
