Yoga has long been known to lower blood pressure and slow the heart rate. It also increases flexibility, muscle strength and tone, and improves respiration, energy and vitality. Yoga also helps maintain a balanced metabolism, weight reduction, cardio and circulatory health and improve athletic performance. We invite you to join Cindy and Marlene at the B22 yoga studio on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm.
